The Positive Wellness Program uses a holistic approach to mental health that focuses on building positive habits and attitudes. It emphasizes on developing a healthy lifestyle, building resilience, and cultivating a positive mindset. The program typically includes personalized treatment programs for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder and self-harm tendencies complimented by a range of activities such as mindfulness meditation, physical exercise, healthy eating, therapy, and social support.

Self-love Program
We believe that when we love ourselves, we are better equipped to love others and live fulfilling lives. Our Self-love Program includes a variety of tools and techniques to help you develop self-love and self-care practices that would work for you.
During the course of our program, our team takes you through a number of workshops that focus on practicing self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-care. With the help of these workshops, we aim to help you overcome negative feelings and emotions about yourself, develop healthy eating habits, identify triggers of negative emotions and learn how to manage them. We also offer individual coaching sessions to help you develop personalized strategies for achieving your self-love goals.

Getting Back Control
Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, it can feel like things are spiraling out of control. Situations become overwhelming and managing them becomes extremely challenging affecting a person’s physical and mental health. Getting Back Control is a program designed to help you take back control of your life and find a path forward that works for you.
In this program, we focus on helping individuals identify and manage their triggers, establish healthy coping mechanisms, reverse negative thought patterns and behaviors, reduce stress and anxiety, and learn relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation and gratitude. Our team also administers medication management and counselling and therapy sessions to support and encourage the patients. We believe that each individual has the right to live life to the fullest and we help you achieve that.
Restoring Relationships Program
Healthy relationships are essential to our overall well-being and that sometimes. However, sometimes we need help to either restore them or overcome them. We have a developed a program called Restoring Relationships Program where the focus is on repairing and improving relationships between individuals and groups. Our program includes a variety of tools and techniques to help you identify areas for improvement, communicate effectively, and develop healthy relationship habits.
During the program, we encourage and guide our participants to work together to resolve conflicts, communicate effectively, and build trust. This helps in positive parenting, getting through difficult phases in relationships, and overall improving the relationship equation.
Seeking Safety Program
We understand that trauma can have a profound impact on a person’s life and that for each individual, healing is a personal journey that takes time and support. Through our Seeking Safety Program, we focus on helping individuals who have experienced trauma to find safety and security in their lives. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for women to heal and regain their sense of safety.
This program includes sessions on topics like coping skills, emotional regulation, overcoming the traumatic incident, and building healthy relationships. Our staff administers cognitive-behavior therapy and prolonged exposure therapy to help the patients face the trauma-related memories, feelings and emotions, giving them the courage to live with such incidents rather than fearing them and hiding from them.
Healthy Maternity Program
We understand that pregnancy and childbirth can be a challenging and stressful time. A woman experiences various kinds of changes in both her physical and mental health. She experiences a spectrum of emotions ranging from hope to hopelessness. We have developed a program called Healthy Maternity Program for all expectant and new mothers to provide them with comprehensive care and support throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Our program focuses on positive thinking, increasing self-love and self-care, addressing perinatal depression, restoring confidence and self-esteem, and managing postpartum depression. Our all-female team of experts will provide practical strategies and tools to help women develop self-esteem, overcome body image issues, and manage post-partum depression, a condition that affects most new mothers, so that they can concentrate on enjoying their journey of pregnancy and motherhood.
Mind the Mind Program
Experiences like negative emotions, catatonia, inability to control mood, hallucinations, delusions, extreme anxiety, and stress are often symptoms of an unwell mind. A sound mental health is associated with overall good health and positive frame of mind. In our Mind the Mind program, we focus on promoting mental health and wellness through mindfulness and meditation practices. Our program is designed to help you cultivate a mindful approach to life, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being.
Our trained and experienced staff works closely with our patients in supportive and residential care to help them develop personalized strategies to manage stress, improve self-awareness and cognition, and stabilize mood. Through our Mind the Mind Program, we help you understand and cope with mental health conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe anxiety, and other related illnesses.
